Security Booth
Reinforced booths for security staff at the entrances of critical facilities, offering high resistance to blast, ballistic threats and environmental risks.

How it works
A security booth is a small, reinforced cabin for guards at gates and entrances. It combines a steel structure with ballistic or blast-resistant glazing and a protected door. The protection level is chosen from the threat at the site, and the booth can be fitted with air conditioning, communication and lighting.
Typical applications
- Gates and entrances of critical facilities
- Checkpoints and vehicle inspection points
- Perimeter posts at industrial sites
Standards and guidance commonly referenced for this product type
These are general references. Compliance and test reports for a specific product are provided per project.
What protection level does a guard booth need?
It depends on the threat assessment for the site, for example firearms or a vehicle-borne explosion. Ballistic classes such as those in EN 1522 and EN 1063 help to state the requirement clearly, and the glass, walls and door should all meet the same level.
